Kookaburras

Kookaburras do not drink. The liquid they need they get through their food – that’s enough for them.
Mr. and Mrs. Kookaburra live in the forest. They build their nest in a hollow tree. In September, the mother lays 2-4 eggs. After 3.5 weeks, the babies hatch. They have no feathers, but after one month they are ready to leave the nest.
